Shipping and delivery

SWOL Mindset products may be made and fulfilled by different production partners. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on the items in your order and the delivery destination.

Processing and delivery

Some products are made to order, so processing and delivery times can vary. The estimate shown at checkout is our best current estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Split shipments

Items in the same order may be produced at different facilities and arrive separately. Where tracking is available, it will be sent by email.

International orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges that may apply unless checkout states otherwise.

Addresses and delays

Please check your delivery address before submitting your order. Contact swolmindset@gmail.com promptly if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment begins.

Carrier, customs and peak-season delays can occur. Contact swolmindset@gmail.com if an order is substantially overdue and we will help investigate.
